Staff were sobinhelpfil and dismissive. The room i actually paid for smelt like a rat had died in there..then they had to move me to a smaller in size and smaller in value room that looked old, dirty and spent. I was promised they would discount the smaller room to 100 dollars a night because of what they put me through as i went to the USA for a medical appointment but upon seeing the charges, they charged me fully. A gentleman called Rilley who is one of the managers was who i met on the night. Terrible experience and i need Expedia to help get my money back please

Put in a 3rd floor room at far end of building. Were not told elevator was out. We are old. Elevator still not fixed after 6 days. VERY long walk to the other functioning elevator. Elevator was filthy. The room was cleaned once and was nicely done.

We'll never return

Pool is not heated. Drain in tub didn't work. Bed never made in five-night stay. Told I couldn't get clean sheets until morning when I went to the front desk and asked for a clean set of sheets (was able to get sheets that didn't fit my bed). Ants in the bathroom. Dead ants and rust falling out of the vents onto the towels. We had a great trip except everything about the hotel was disaster and left us miserable at each turn.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed, great staff who were attentive to our needs! My husband was thrilled with the jacuzzi and heated pool! Throughly liked the continental breakfast! Can’t wait to go back again!
