I enjoyed my stay at this property and would probably stay again. My dissatisfaction with the stay was housekeeping. My room/bathroom was not properly cleaned throughout my 6 day stay, one day when I returned my bed was not completely made and several days towels were not sufficiently replenished. The manager was apologetic but for a hotel of this stature and for the price of the rooms, it is unacceptable having to report this several times during my stay.

$45 dollars a night for parking while you stay at this hotel. Park at the structure across the street, much cheaper. Amenities are pretty standard, rooms in desperate need for a remodel. Pool even at 9-10pm was back with kids that were all over the jacuzzi. They also double charged me, so be sure to double check with them when you book with Expedia. Overall, was an OK stay.

Have low expectations for guest services.

Not sure if they are understaffed but we had several issues when it can to service. One being we had four people checked in and only three bath towels. When we called to have extra towels we were told okay. After several minutes of waiting to take a shower we called again and we were asked to come to the front desk if we wanted a towel. Also ice was another issue if we wanted ice we were asked to come to the front desk. So basically if you needed something expect to get it your self.

This hotel is really nice and comfortable the staff was so friendly. The reason I gave it 4 stars overall is because the room we were in was a little dark. They need to maybe add an extra lamp.

This looks like the type of hotel that was considered luxurious in its heyday but has since become decrepit. The HVAC and plumbing are a disaster. You can’t control the temperature in your room. For me it was either air conditioning on or off. I overheard several other guests complain to the front desk during my stay that they had temperature issues too and the staff would always say “we’ll send an engineer to look at it.” Also, both nights of my trip the bathroom sink backed up and left behind a bunch of disgusting gunk from the pipes. This was not caused by anything I did. I returned to my room each evening after spending the day away and found gunk in bathroom sink. The first night an engineer came and poured some drain-o to fix it. But it came back the following night. Also the bathtub didn’t drain well. This building needs a major renovation.

Hotel looked luxurious especially the lobby. But rooms and bathrooms are very old, falling apart. Moldy bathtub and walls. Parking situation is very bad. Very hard to find parking and the parking space is very compact. Front desk staffs need to be trained to be warm and welcoming towards all guests regardless of their color and socioeconomic backgrounds. They seemed to be friendly towards rich looking white folks. Rooms have no microwave or any complimentary snacks. They leave two 250ml water bottles and charge 2.50$ each. It’s like Kirkland water bottle that you can buy 12 for less than 3$. No brushes or toothpaste. I have stayed in other budget friendly Inns that are more family friendly and have better rooms.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. The customer service was well below standard. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay—no fresh towels, linens, toilet paper, or even trash removal. Despite being on the property the entire time, no one ever came by to provide basic housekeeping. We were charged $45 per day for parking, yet both nights the parking garage was full, and we were unable to park. The hotel refused to issue a refund for this, which was incredibly frustrating. The front desk staff were rude and unaccommodating. When I requested two room keys, they told me they “didn’t have enough keys” to give out. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was also outrageously overpriced—$80 for two people—and it was a very basic meal that didn’t justify the cost. Most concerning of all, there were ICE agents present on the property, which created a very unsafe and unsettling environment for me and my family. We did not feel comfortable or welcomed at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This experience was far from the Hilton standard I expected.

The property is nice and clean and have many dining options that is very close by either by driving or walking. The staff are very friendly and approachable. My only comment is that there is this smell when you get off the elevator. The room is nice but the carpet is not that clean, there's some areas that has crumbs that probably was missed when vacuuming. Not enough lighting in the bathroom, the tub has a big stain and the shower knob is hard to turn that looks like its going to break if you push it out hard.
