The property is located right next to the red line which was convenient. My only problem is there are two Royal Sonesta properties within blocks of one another which was very confusing since the one that says River North is not on the river and the one that says downtown was on the river. I went to the wrong one and gave my car to the valet. Thankfully, they hadn't removed it yet. I then tried to GPS to the other with my car and it wasn't working. I finally just self parked and walked because I was so stressed. You might stress to people that there are two properties with very similar names and to pay close attention to the address.

Staff were super friendly. Hotel is really cute and clean, our room smelled a little funky but overall was clean. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am, but that was on us I guess for not putting the sign out. The infused water station was the perfect touch. Definitely would stay here again.

The only reason we rented this hotel room is because they had a pool in the 17 th floor. We arrived at the hotel and payed valet parking and when we got our key card , we asked about the pool and they said it was closed.at this point we had no option but to say there . False advertising. I’m do with Expedia too. Really ruined our stay in Chicago.
