Room AC/Heater is always on. That is a deal breaker for me. This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel. The place was cleans, the staff friendly and price was good. The gym was nice and everything worked. The noise from the AC/Heater was not expected and although it was not "loud", it was annoying for me. No Microwave in room but you can use the one in the lobby.

Very clean and safe hotel, breakfast is very good with a wide selection. Convenient location at 77 and Tyvola. They didn't honor my Expedia rate though. I had to show the rate I booked via Expedia and they credited back the difference.

The vibe was excellent! Clean rooms and hotel. The staff was helpful when we ran into a problem. We had to change rooms after the hotel hair dryer blew a breaker that couldn’t be fixed. Unfortunately there were no more rooms on the same floor.
