The hotel staff were friendly, professional and the cleaning staff did a great job. Bed was very comfortable. Roll-shower and accommodations for wheel chair was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Parking was very good. Lobby was clean and decor inviting.

Very clean. Feont desk staff were friendly, fun, and helpful. Loved the indoor pool availability. Didnt use the pool as there were alot of children swimming until time for the pool to close, so we wanted to quieter environment , but it looked very clean and well kept. We were also awakened at 6am by the fire alarm as someones toast had burned in the toaster causing the fire alarm to go off. I was glad to onownthe hotel takes guests safety seriously and made sure alarms worked properly and Greensboro's finest fire fighters arrives swiftly, doing anfull checknof the hotel and the source to insure all issues were resolved. I felt safe and secure.

room was in good condition and clean. check in not so friendly- they have a LOT of rules and almost seem disappointed when you have the correct charge card . They must get a good deal of vagrant customers because we were told by email, text, voice and voice over that they needed a credit card not a debit card to hold the room! Even prepaid rooms. I travel a lot for business and this is never a concern elsewhere. Trying to get my room cleaned and fresh towels took checking in and checking out to trigger it. OTHERWISE the breakfast was suitable, and service great and the cleaners were friendly and accomodating

We checked in and went to our room. We did not find the accommodations to be of the standart that we would expect of a Marriott, so we did not stay. In general, the room was of a low grade and needed to be refurbished.

Our experience was good. Staff at the desk and the nice lady who prepared the breakfast were very courteous and professional. The room was clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed in the room was comfortable. Thankfully, the hotel was quiet.

Room was clean and large with a convertible couch. Bathroom is basic and functional. Bed was great and my number one priority is a king size, firm mattress. Pillows were good too, which is often not the case. Room was quiet and I didn't hear any hallway noise.
