"We stayed at one the harbor villages and we loved our stay. The house was very clean. The service throughout our stay was phenomenal. The servers at the main pool were great. The food was surprisingly very good, and it came quick. All the facilities were very clean, and modern. The only area that needs a serious make over is the kids center/Coral cay (very outdated). My main complaint is the transportation within the hotel. Since the property is very large and parking limited, they have golf carts you can rent or complementary when requested at the front desk. However, they only have ONE golfcart for the whole hotel so we had to wait over 30 minutes so we walked. And walking under the scorching hot humid weather of south florida is brutal. But so much better than wasting time waiting. Considering the amount of money we spend at this hotel, they can easily afford to have running at least 5 golf carts to transport guests. "
