The check in was easy. The front desk employee was very kind. Our room was spotless. We spent the afternoon on the beach and used the kayak. We enjoyed breakfast. The omelet chef was awesome. Overall I was very happy with my stay

We asked for a baby cot, on a first come first served basis as I couldn’t reserve this even though I tried. Luckily there was one available on arrival, whilst we were out it was put in our room broken, we had to notify reception this wasn’t safe and would not be used, they didn’t have a spare! The breakfast chef was really rude to me whilst ordering my breakfast.

The king suite with ocean view was fantastic. The resort is in good shape with plenty of space to lounge, activities and includes nice breakfast options. Also close to many bars and restaurants.

The breakfast included was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Fresh omelets made to order with a wide choice of ingredients. Fresh fruit (Strawberries and blueberries ) and more. Fresh delicious muffins. The Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The views are stunning.

Had my mom with me who had sever knee problems. CICI is the only one receptionist who were kind. the other ladies treat us so bad. We got a room in second floor, there was no lift, with knee problems, my mom couldnt even climb it, we stayed for one day in that room and wjhen i asked to change it they charged me extra. so bad.

Absolutely beautiful resort/views and an amazing location. The rooms are clean and updated very nicely. We stayed 4 nights as a family group of 7 with 2 rooms. The property was exactly the tropical escape we hoped for, but we did have a few issues. Check-in was 4pm and we arrived around 8pm due to airport delays. One room still wasn’t ready (or staff couldn’t confirm) and we had to sit and wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes after having a very long travel day. Housekeeping was not included automatically during our stay. We had to request service 2 different days just to get sheets changed and floors cleaned, which felt ridiculous for a resort at this price point. We had the kids with and they wanted to swim in the early evening, but the pool area had no lighting at night. Our daughter left her bag on a beach chair after sunset one evening. Sadly someone took it and it was never turned into Lost & Found. Not the resort’s fault, but better staff presence or lighting/security in the evenings would be nice. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and attentive. We also loved the tiki boats on site, such a fun experience. The owner, Carter, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly cares about guests having a great time. Overall, It was a wonderful stay minus a few mishaps.

Room was great. The towel rack fell of the wall but who cares it was fine. Good value of the money. A word of advice if you decide to rent a paddle board or kayak paddle out on the right side (moving south) and you will be surprised of the marine life lurking in the grass. I saw a baby hammerhead, rays, nurse sharks, and box fish.

Pros: staff is very friendly and hardworking, the pool area was great, location was close to lots of shops and restaurants, loved the ability to rent fishing poles, kayaks/paddleboards, and bikes for up to 2 hours a day for free. Cons: the room we had only had one bed and a pullout couch which was super uncomfortable, you could feel the springs no matter where you layed. We ran out of toilet paper and lotion and had to call multiple times before someone came to restock. Very expensive for what you get.
