However, as a customer staying 5 nights, I suffered through next to no sleep the entire visit because the elderly neighbour in the room backing on to our hotel room on the 2nd floor is a resident in the adjoining building who blasted her TV from 8:30pm every night, all night and well into the following day. The staff were unable to do anything about it (and had clearly had complaints before). Effectively, if you're an all-night reveler and don't care about sleep, you won't mind. If however, you do wish to have rest and you are allocated room 218 at the end of the hall, I'd encourage you to request to be moved to another room whilst you can. This experience completely ruined what would've otherwise been a fantastic stay. "
