"Nicely designed hotel in a location outside of the central tourist area. Lots of nearby restaurants to dine in. Hotel lounge was cozy and comfortable for work or play. "The room itself was decent. However, the clerk was useless! Our room was on the second floor and someone on the third floor was loudly banging for over an hour at one time!! And every morning at 5:30 am for the entire four day stay, the banging began and woke us up every morning! On the last night the banging started about 4:00 in the afternoon and continued for over an hour! When I went down to complain, the clerk just gave me a card and told me to call the number. I reached out to executive suites through Expedia because the number was no good on the card, when I did I got no response from them until the next day. And the response was they were sorry for the inconvenience!! DO NOT STAY HERE if you want rest and sleep!! TERRIBLE!!"
