Room was clean. Front desk receptionist welcomed us warmly. Breakfast was amazing with choices of eggs, meat, cheese, pastry , fruit. Italian type coffee. The heating was constantly making a noise. Bathroom had a horrible sulfur smell we had to keep window open. Location was amazing. So close to Vatican . One way out the door, Vatican in a few blocks. The other way right on major shopping street. We were able to get to buses that took us to the rest of the city. Would stay there again despite noise and sulfur smell.

The staff was very accommodating and courteous . The young lady in the reception not sure her name my guess is Lina and the guy who prepared our pre packed breakfast for our very early trip to Florence excellent service. The location of the hotel very convenient walking distance to St Peter Basilica.

The housekeeper was very nice on the 5th floor. She’s from Bangladesh. The receptionists were very nice as well. Breakfast was very good! The room was nice! Room #501, BUT, it SMELLS SO BAD! and NO HOT WATER! We complained at the receptionist. She called her manager. And, We got the BEST ROOM, 4th floor, in the building! Very spacious two queen size beds, one full bed, two televisions, big nice bathroom with Hot water. My sister and I are very pleased. Thank you to all the staff! Overall, 100% SATISFIED! Very nice area as well.❤️

The hotel is in agoood location -however it looks like the hotel is going through renovations. I found my room a bit dusty and the toilet had a bad drainage odour. The room is also not noise proof. You can here whats happening above your room i.e toilet flushing etc.

People are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great! The room was spotless, but need some paint in bathroom and cabinets, the amenities like the small refrigerator was not working, and they couldn’t fixed. I have a great experience is a little familiar cozy hotel, not luxury but very convenient location and guest are middle class families.

Overall it is located in a very convenient location, but I would not recommend it. The hotel smells like cigarettes and tobacco, shower drain pipes are stuck and the water overflows easily. Terrible!!!
