The staff was excellent. They arranged taxi service to the airport. My room was perfect for a solo traveler looking for a fair price hotel not needing a big room. No breakfast but coffee was available and great coffee near by. Area was walking distance from Termini Station with many restaurant in area.

The room was nice and quite large, very clean. The hotel is situated in walkable distance to many attractions in Rome, close by are many restaurants to enjoy the delicious italian food. We stayed just for one night, but I highly recommend it.

Great location between the train station and the sites we wanted to see, very walkable with back packs… about as nice as Rome could be. Room was small, but affordable considering what average room prices in area… bed wasn’t the most luxurious, but when your jet lagged… it works

They contacted us for a bed preference prior to our arrival. When we got there, the bed preference was not respected but the room was decent. They then moved us to a room with a double bed and it was old and not at all what was described as the room type that we booked. I would not return to this property when visiting Rome in the future.

Thought there was a breakfast option but not really. Great location for walking around to all the attractions. Staff was not overly friendly and housekeeping walked in room with the DND light on. This hotel was wonderful! Very close to Roma Termini, walkable to all the sites in Rome, and very clean and quiet. Also the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not have a comforter, only a very thin quilt. The pillows were also very poor quality. The hotel is clean and very secure - probably a fair quality for the price.

The hotel was lovely. It has an old fashioned elevator which was fun to use. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to walk to the Trevi fountain and enjoy the shops and restaurants near by. Just up from the hotel were various restaurants and stores and places to enjoy gelato. Our last day the market was set up behind the hotel … an added bonus.
