We got there early but still had to wait until beyond our check-in time. They didn’t even send anyone to “inspect” the rooms until after check-in time. They didn’t appear very busy and I think “inspection” should have been completed and the room ready at least on time.

"Hi! The room was clean and the staff was lovely. However, the room was super old. And the shower was dreadful. I most certainly would never label our stay as lux or even good. I would label the room we were given as basic--and that would be a compliment. Expedia has always been an amazing resource, so I was surprised!"
