Motel 6

Checked in, provided keys and upon arrival to room, was being cleaned for another 30 minutes. Grounds border the interstate, very noisy. Grounds are also for weddings and have a food court, high traffic and police presence due to location. Priced at around 170 a night, should be more like 120-130 as the bathrooms are very gross. Black mildew or mold all over and the shower makes a mess. Low quality towels. I was bamboozled by the higher reviews on this spot but this hotel is not a 3 star, it is a 2 star for sure. Never staying at this place again. My room even had ants because there’s no bottom door seals to the front door. Felt like a motel 6. Motel 6 might even put this place to shame. Spend a few more dollars somewhere else if you have any kind of standards

The staff were great, we stayed for 3 nights, we were allowed to check in early in the first day. When we checked out, the shuttle took us to legoland with our luggages and 2 strollers. I love that they have the shuttle service, restaurants are nearby like the windmill hall, pf chang, restaurants by the outlet stores. I wish i had time to shop. The outlet stores is just in front of the hotel.

My stay was nice!. Its an older hotel but newly remolded. Beds were very comfortable! Also have a shuttle to and from Lego land which was very convenient! Would definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed there a week and throughly enjoyed our stay there. Easy access to an outlet mall and a great seafood restaurant. They have coffee pots in their lobby plus room has a small Kerig. They don’t do room tidying at all unless you request it. Plus they have small plastic bottled shampoo etc only enough for one day stay so had to go down to lobby and get enough for our week stay. Would recommend to them to put in the shower the large bottles in the dispensers which most places have and saves on plastic usage Very friendly staff especially Lisa on the lobby. Great for families and also couples. We shall stay there again on our next visit

We stayed for tow nights and The location (across the street from the Outlet) and Property in general are really good! But the maintenance and room smell was not so well, the pool was not clean and the room door was difficult to open cause the material was too old and got stuck! also I ask two times for blankets cause the night before was chilly, and they brought them dirty! And the last thing was that they didn’t made the room after the first night, when I asked for it they told me that it was necessary to ask for it at de check in, but I was never notified at that moment!

It was fine. Although I'm sure the towels were washed, we had 3 with stains of blood or who knows what. If you're going to have white towels please bleech them or something. One was even from a pool towel so the issue is larger than just our room. Second issue was the legoland shuttle. You should say limited space and say the times on your website. I would have planned differently if I knew we couldn't even get to the park before it opened and would have to leave before it closed.

Great to stay at while you’re visiting Legoland. They provide a free shuttle so no need to pay the $35 parking fee. Short six minute drive to a beautiful beach area where my kids loved floating in the tides. Delicious bagel shop across the street. Literally right next to a food court and shopping mall area. Check in was quick and coffee is provided in the lobby as well as your room. The view from the balconies into the pool area was very nice but looking out from the door that you enter is a hard filled with industrial trash bins and waste. Especially from the second floor. Which is where they book you when you book from Expedia. The rooms were clean, the employees were wonderful but beds were extra firm, which were a little hard to get comfortable on. However, the pool and hot tub outside were wonderful to relax in. Just don’t look at the grass at night. It crawls with insects. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a resort but charged for one!

The room was very cold the entire time even when I turned the temperature up it was freezing the entire time. Very uncomfortable temperature to be in while sleeping I really didn’t sleep the first night because I could not get comfortable. I slept great the 2nd night only due to exhaustion from the heat! They used to offer a voucher for a meal now they offer nothing and the coffee is horrible!! There is much better places for much less in the area I do not recommended this place at all

Way too noisy!!

I was disappointed that after I added a night to my reservation thru hotels.com app my rate increased significantly per night. I never got a notice there was a price rate change. Also it was a nice hotel but we were on the 5 Freeway side that was the noisiest n had to Keep the ac going constantly n slider closed to keep the noise level manageable to sleep
