We checked in at 11 o’clock at night with two children already asleep. Upon getting into the room, we discovered it. The deadbolt was not operable and the door stuck and was extremely difficult to open. It appeared upon inspection in the morning. That there had been repair work next to the top latch and that at the door had been kicked open at sometime previous. My wife spoke with Lisa at the Hotel front desk in the morning and she did not feel that they took it very seriously that there was a major security issue in one of the rooms of their hotel. they did move rooms for us and offered a 20% discount but would not do anything else. I went downstairs and spoke to Leesa myself afterwards and I also did not feel that the hotel took it very seriously that there was a major security issue with one of their rooms, especially considering that the gates were left open frequently and this was the first room next to a stairwell.

It was hard to find because there were no aigns and the guest entry is being remodeled. There was issues with the temperature in the room. The bathroom needed some updates and the sliding mesh door wouldn't close properly. Other than that it wasn't bad.

They only clean your room when you ask. I did ask for towels and for the trash to be taken out. They took the towels but did not replace the ones they took. I asked house keeping for more towels but they did not understand English. I would stay here again.

During our stay, the lobby was under construction. It was very loud early in the morning. Also the AC unit was having issues for 2 days so the rooms weren’t comfortable to stay in.
