The staff was super nice and I hate to leave a bad review BUT the conditions within my room were less than satisfactory. Our thermostat was broken so it was freezing upon arrival and difficult to navigate. Our toilet would run non stop. The room had a smell. There was a lot of hair in our tub upon arrival. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, a lot of dust in the vents and our shower was clogged - I had to pull out a HUGE wad of hair from the drain with a plastic fork. It was disgusting. The alarm clock didn’t work and the outlets are not convenient. The lock on our door was hanging by a thread and you could hear the body traffic outside. I did not report any of this because I can deal but it was not a good experience.

The property is located across from the Carlsbad outlet shopping. Nice lunch spots, Rubys Diner, Starbucks and Jersey Mikes. There is a food court attached to the property with several options and a full bar with outdoor seating! Transportation to LEGOLAND is available. The rooms are updated and clean.

I got in the shower without realizing there was no soap in the dispenser. There was also no soap in the bathroom. The toilet would fill the tank every 20 minutes and it was very loud in the room. I have stayed here a few times. This was by far the worst experience.

We asked for & paid for pool view. If you stretch your neck you could see the pool. Screen was torn. Found a wood stick bug inside our screen door. Overall condition poor.
