I love the front desk receptionist. Very nice and afformative. The only 2 things I didnt care for in th4 rooms is that there is no lotion available and the worn out tore up cushions on the couch.

I like it! I would come back.

Our stay was very good, the place was clean; however, it could use a deep cleaning and everything would be excellent! The guy at the front desk, Jason, was very friendly, so that was a great first impression! The only thing that wasn’t very comfortable was the sofa bed—the mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely come back with my family.

Our bathroom kept flooding during showers. We notified maintenance they came up to fix it. They told us it should work, but it didn’t and kept flooding.

Staff was great to deal with - pleasant and professional. Free breakfast is a nice amenity to offer, especially for families. The hotel was quiet and the facility was generally clean and nicely decorated, although some of the furniture is looking a little tired. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again.

On arrival we were told we could get into our room early. A nice surprise. We were welcomed with a flooded entrance, kitchen and backed up sink. I went to the bathroom the bathtub was dirty. Went to get a different room. Front desk told us a new room would be made ready for us in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later are room was ready. The room was recently cleaned. The room was fine. We returned later that evening to find out that we had no paper towels. The dresser drawer was broken. So it would slide open on its own. I found out around 1am when i walked into it! Thats not the end. The refrigerator door didnt work so it never cooled any of our food or drinks. The breakfast was horrible. Undercooked everything. We have stayed at hilton homesuites before and have been really pleased. This was not a good stay. There were other issues but i dont want to keep going. When we complained about the 1st flooded room. The front desk clerk gave us 2 bottles of water and shrugged her shoulders. This place needs a new manager.

Great place for extended stays with the family

Rooms are comfortable and clean. I loved that we had a room option with a separate bedroom. Fantastic with children. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. It's directly across from an airport and you can hear the planes in the morning but not enough to be a problem. I would happily stay here again

We were in the area for a college baseball series and stayed with multiple families here. We decided to go shopping and BBQ at the hotel versus trying to get a reservation for 30 people. The staff was VERY accomodating and we had a fantastic time in the patio/ pool area not to mention the money savings. I highly recommend this place.

Overall stay was a 3 stars compared to other hotels that we stayed in the area when we visit Legoland. The drive to Legoland is about 7 minutes, but the reason for my ratings are due to the condition of the room and experience when we stayed. Upon entering the backside of the property (B side) the accessibility ramp was over crowded with luggage and the way the door swung out made it difficult to push out stroller around, I can only imagine the difficulty for a person with a wheelchair. Secondly, it looked like there was water damage on that floor before entering the elevator, my daughter tripped and fell forward hitting herself into the wall, I looked around and saw no caution signs and the carpet was bunched up around the elevator door, it is a hazard and should of had signs or comes to warn customers. We entered our room the room looked like it was rushed to get cleaned it still looked dirty, I had to re-wipe surfaces & there was a smell to the room, the carpet did not looked like it was vacuum, we tried to lock the door and the latch did not lock. When I went to take a shower there was no conditioner it was empty. I was pretty disappointed especially the amount I have spent and the experience was not like other hotels within the area.

The pictures of this hotel do not do its reality justice. Furniture was old, dirty, and dinged up. Carpets were super worn and in common area not vacuumed while we were there. Phone in room did not work (had to walk down to request a blanket for pull out sofa - of which room was reserved for 5, you would think it would just be there but I was told I had to request it.) Sliding front doors were broken so they had to stay stuck open which made for a chilly breakfast sitting in the dining hall. Didn't see a staff at all cleaning up the food on the floor during breakfast but there was staff at the front counter not doing much. They were doing some renovation but there was evidence of it left around (painters tape just left on floor in common area even though painting was done.) Overall, this place was one of the dumpiest hotels I've stayed in in my life.
