"This location was very much going through some kind of major issues, everything was out of order, the elevators, the lobby coffee machines, no bar was open any of the days we were there, the ice machines were down and the keys to every entry of the hotel never worked. You had to try 5-6 times before you could get the key to enter the gates and the rooms. We also got locked out on the balcony of our room for over 1 hour, thank god we had a phone to call the front desk, the sliding door locked in the inside when it slid shut, they finally got into the room after having to break the glass, to get us free and moved us into a room at 3am that smelled like a foot locker and then moved us again the next day to a new room that was good. They gave us 2 free drink tickets for our inconveniences that ended up only being good at the front desk for drinks. The night staff was terrible with communication and the manager that came in seemed like we were inconveniencing him, which was no fault of ours. BAD OLD carpets, keys never work, everything is OUT of ORDER, restaurant staff was amazing and the front desk Crystal and another girl with glasses were very friendly and nice. Would not recommend this Hotel!!"
