Spent 2 nights there. After the 1st night no tidy up of the room or refreshment of coffee packs, no wastebasket removal. Couldn't get hot water in bathroom sink. Nothing really wrong at admission. but it wasn't exactly 'warm and welcoming'. The limo pickup and drop off operator was very good.

The site promised several amenities that were not given. The staff was lazy and rude. We requested maintenance for the toilet handle and the air conditioning /heating unit that was malfunctioning and they sent someone who didn't speak english. The front desk staff were the rudest. She, Curstin, was more interested in reapplying her lip gloss than addressing our room issues. I was also over charged for my stay and they charged my creditcard even after I had already paid with my debit card thru your app. I want someone to call me because this was a lot more abusive by the staff than I wish to input on this space to rate.

The first room was outside the giant ac units on 2nd floor, over the kitchen with constant loud banging. We ask for another room, my socks were very dirty from the floor and there were piles of someone's hair on the floor in front of the full length mirror, we had 2 tissues and no xtra toilet paper. I was disappointed, since we have stayed here a number of times. I felt the hotel is under staffed and they do not want you to book with outside vendors.
