"Yeah, so they don’t give me the room when I check in both of them. I check in with the one room and after like after 9:00 PM, they check me with the second room and I stay with the second room until 3:00 AM next day and I left and they take security deposit until now they don’t send it back"

"I found 2 beetle like insects crawling in room, one in bathroom and other near the bed. Killed then and didnt report it to staff. Room was very cold,high 60's. When i Switched HVAC to heat and raised temp to 72 there was a minimal adjustment. Still cold when I woke."
