the property is a bit dated and needs an update. Our room had a lot of bugs which I did report upon check in. The girl said she would come up but didn't. I just kept killing them myself. Toilet ran all the time. Breakfast buffet was good and the restaurants. No maid service on our stay. It was convenient.

Arrived at hotel after driving 1 1/2 to get there to be told they don't have a room. I questioned front desk Luke that i paid online and have confirmation. Told, not my problem what you want me to do. Numerous people facing similar problem. Told only king room left. 3 people under registration. Luke at Best Western Marlborough is the rudest front desk associate. Not good customer service!!
