Very dated decor - I was supposed to have a room with a balcony and I was told this wasn't available and that my booking was showing up as a standard room. The lady at the check-in desk asked me if I had booked through a 3rd party as if to dismiss what I had reserved. She also mentioned they were full and they didn't have any other room to move me to because the shades didn't close all the way so I had to use a clip to ensure I could have privacy and also not be woken-up by the sun. The floor to ceiling windows were great for lighting, but should be tinted for privacy, if you have the shades open you are basically staying in a fish-bowl. The bathroom had weird stains on the tile, needs a makeover. Location is wonderful but it wasn't a hotel room you want to stay sleeping in ordering room service and hanging out in. I will not stay at this property again.

The stay was amazing. The employees were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Perfect access to Faneuil Hall which is just across the street. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay here very clean and a great location it's right at Quincy Hall, Faneuil Hall and great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Check in and Check out were great as well. Loved our view included pics from our stay.

Great location & well sized rooms! Staff were friendly & helpful! Bar staff included tip for 2 people oysters & 2 glasses - I did not notice .. paid again as always expected in the US as they don’t pay bar staff enough .. I thought inclusive tips only for parties of 6+? American hospitality will take a hit with no one really wanting to go due to extreme high cost of accommodation, food , drink & unsafe political condition …

It would be nice for the price paid for the hotel, that the valet be cheaper just because most of the time youre walking and the car only has to be parked once. $68 is steep for that. Aside from that, the service and the people were amazing and went above and beyond

Lobby was so nice, thought we were going to have a great stay but we were wrong. Check in was smooth but once we got to the wrong it smelled like cigars/cigarettes. There was hair on the pillows and in the bed. We were so tired we didn’t move rooms but the last straw was when we were packing up my husband was checking the drawers and a pair of underwear were in. Room did not smell clean, probably never cleaned in the first place. Mattress was caved in, terrible night sleep. Unacceptable to say the least.
