"Baton Rouge in general struggles with customer service. The Hilton as a brand should be ashamed their front desk staff, valets and restaurant staff fall so short of professional standards. There must be zero training. These young people have zero hospitality training. The housekeeping is sub-par which is constant with Baton Rouge hotels but the rudeness was extra, extra. This isn’t even to mention the night the fire alarm went off for three hours and these clowns could not get it together. Many frieghtened children standing in the street in their pajamas with drunk people smoking and a wedding reception and it was disgusting. You will die here if there is a fire between the ignorance and apathy."

"Bed was worse bed in my fifty plus years of traveling. There was mold in the room which was a distinct smell. Poor breakfast. Good shower. Awesome amount of towels. Been a Hyatt guy for years and never had these types of problems. Hope it never happens again or will have to try one of your competitors."

"Staff was nice. Loved that it had a pool and a restaurant on site and a space to eat that wasn’t our room. Had a 4:30AM flight and checked out 3:30AM only to realize one of the kids left her shoes in the pool are the night before that was locked. But there was an overnight staff person who was able to unlock it so we didn’t have to fly her home barefoot :)"
