Was rough. But it was cheap. Hot water was a struggle to figure out. Floor was not vacuumed. Accessing the TV was something you see in the movies. I’m happy I only booked for one night. And then I left quickly to another hotel.

What I didn't like the person that checked me in upon arrival customer service was horrible. The guy Kenneth placed me in a room where the bed had an egg crate mattress pad on top of the mattress I never seen anything like that in a hotel. The bed was made up lumpy and sheets had stain looked like bed bug blood spots I asked him about exchanging the room he tried to give me a song and dance hard time. I had to keep fussing to get changed to another room. I never had this experience there before. He gave me the worst room talking about that's what I paid for and I knew that was not the room I choose. I wound up with a smaller room with a slight old smell. I couldn't believe this one. Never had this experience before with them.

Long line to check in & only one person working the desk. The entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall.

As soon as I sat on the toilet seat, it flew 4 inches off of the toilet and I almost fell. The shower handle came off as soon as it was touched. Couldn't use the pool because it was closed off as "dirty." The whole hotel was filthy. Breakfast was advertised as open but it was not. I will NEVER book this hotel again. In fact, it was so bad that I will never book a Microtel again!
