It was older, the room smelled. I contacted them early because I wasn't going to need my last day and they said they would get it taken off and then after talking through with Expedia they declined it so I still got charged for the last day even though I asked ahead of time they said they would reimburse me. I will not stay here again I will try another place when I'm back in town for business. Location was good but I feel like some of the other newer hotels around there will be better.

First room wasn't clean. Second room wasn't much better. Had to get maintenance to come in to fix the stove. Then A/C decided it didn't want to work until the early morning hours. Staff did offer me another room but i was done with using my disinfectant spray and wipes in all those rooms. It's past the time for upgrades so marriott get with it. Staff also stated that she would give me points. That hasn't showed up on my marriott account yet. Front desk staff was very concerned and helpful as she could possibly be. But where are those marriott points?

The front desk person was very accommodating as best as she can be.First got there for 3pm even though I was already charged the room was not ready for another 40mins.Get to the room it was rushed cleaned.Ac came on once first night for about 15 mins,I had to purchase a fan.They said maintenance fixed it second day yet it still only came on once about 11pm temp was between 76-78 whole stay!

Comfortable beds and good location. I loved that checkout was at 12 pm. It was very obvious the room had not been vacuumed. There was sunflower seed shells on the carpet and cereal behind the couch. The rest of the room was very clean. The workers and receptionist were very kind and friendly. It was an overall good experience! We will return.
