First off check in went smooth. The room…. Left something to be desired. The mattress was crappy as hell. Felt like it was 20yrs old. Night stand was falling apart and there was a stain on the sheet. Food was way overpriced for the quality. Supposed to be bbq on Sunday in the buffet. Supposed to have ribs and there was none but paid full price for the buffet. Got sick at the red lotus food sucked for the price. The sports book was good food. Will never stay here again. In the bathroom it felt Iike something was on the tile floor making it slippery. Almost fell twice getting out the shower and it was a handicapped shower so it’s not like I had to step into the shower. Chair in the room was worn out on the arm rests.

The hallway smelled musty, like dirt and sweat. The room smelled even stronger, the bed sheets had the same musty smell. I was so uncomfortable sleeping in there because the smell was so bad. By far this was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed at.

The property was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. Parking was easy. The heat and air both worked well. I found the staff misinformed and maybe needed better training. For example: When I asked if there was a shop to by sundries, I was told no. Well, there is a shop on the 2nd floor. Also, when I asked about maid service 2 people told me and my friend's family there was none, yet housekeeping came daily. Overall the stay was great tho.

The room was a bit outdated. There were no charging ports which I find to be a basic amenity in hotels below this price point. Refrigerators were not standard in the rooms. Overall, decor seemed a bit outdated. The shower and bathroom were nice.

We stay every Dec with family. I’ve noticed that each year there has been less upkeep to the facility. The staff was very courteous, or at least what staff I saw. I guess the owners are saving money on “people”. Not the usual number of patrons either. Hmmmm
