It was the size of a closet and absolutely filthy. Had to ride the elevator floor to floor to find a functioning vending machine. For the same price, The Watermark is right across the street

The front desk clerks weren’t welcoming. The room was definitely not clean as it should be with former guests’ body hairs left in the bathroom sink. The floor needed to be swept. The hotel’s restaurant had untrained staff. My husband waited for a hamburger for a half hour until he asked for it and the bartender said “Oh the kitchen doesn’t have the order.” Location is in the business district so not much happening there at night.

The staff was the friendliest and most professional I've had in a few years! They even honored my preferences, and went beyond their way to take care of our doggy-bag from our breakfast before our check-in time by keeping them in their refrigerator. The room was just beautiful, modern, comfortable, and clean. And the complimentary bicycles made my travel with my son the most memorable trip in years! highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
