This is my second time staying at this property. Normally the stay is great, however this time my TV did not work. When I called the front desk basically I was told by the desk clerk she couldn’t help me. Since I booked through a separate site, there was nothing she could do. It was late, so I didn’t bother getting upset. I’ll just book else where next time.

For over $250 a night this place surely disappoints! Who has full size beds anymore? The bathroom and carpet was very worn and in need of serious updating. Also no elevator for second floor? How can that be? Haven’t seen the breakfast buffet yet so not sure how that’s going to go but I’ll say the score on the Travelocity site is WRONG! Don’t trust their ratings!

Nice place to stay. Our first night stay was good we didn’t get a room with a patio but we requested a room with patio for second night and staff was accommodating with our request. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast bar was great!! Great location with shopping and dining close by! Would definitely recommend Richmond Inn & Suites to friends and family!!
