Service was great! Everyone I interacted with as polite, patient and helpful, including the men and women of your valet team! The hotel isn’t full running as the casino is still closed and that was okay for my visit. It was quiet, not a single disturbance on the room floors. I love the modern decor and design. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure (so I didn’t entirely enjoy my shower time - I’m a girl, this was quite disappointing AND from this “not so enjoyable shower and low water pressure,” lots of water made it’s way to the floor from the “no door” structure of said shower — the nerve (lol)

Extremely inconvenient to stay here with the renivations. You can park in their garage for free and have a shuttle pick you up however you must lug your luggage through the garage to an elevator to the first floor as the shuttle cannot go into the garage. The rooms, have a definite vibe which a T first seems cool but the rooms are dark and the lighting is bad. Unfortunately our Ac was not working. We had a maintenance person come up and he said it needed a reboot.after doing so we went out tondonnwr then a concert ariiving back late and again the Ac was blowing warm fan air. It was too late and we were too tired to ask for another room so we didn't call them up again. However thosnproved harder than we expected to try to sleep in a humid room. The manager gave us 25% off the nightly rate which was acceptable I just don't see ourselves giving it another try anybyime soon.

Zero amenities at this time. Closed everything the day before check in without any prior notification. Paying the amount the room cost for just 2 beds and a TV they had to come fix was unacceptable. Had a 5 night reservation but left after one. The only good part was they did refund the cost of the other nights.

Hotel is not completely done. No lobby/lounge/self parking and very poor tv service. Claiming to be premier hotel maybe when it’s finished. Not marked very well how to access the hotel from the streets.

We stayed here for a cheerleading competition because of its close proximity to the Raising Cane’s Center so I speak of the casino or any bar areas. The facility and rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated in a modern industrial chic aesthetic. At the time of our stay there was major construction on the buildings surrounding the hotel entrance which made parking and entering a little inconvenient but they did an excellent job of making the available drop-off/valet area as appealing and convenient as possible. Honestly, these were our only complaints and they are mostly a matter of opinion: 1) The lighting in the room, while fitting with the industrial theme, was lacking and very dark. The rooms are dark navy and grey and even for the theme & colors there just wasn’t enough light. The ONE overhead light was pointed at an odd angle which made me feel like I was being interrogated under a spotlight. Other than that there was only 2 other lamps, one with exposed filament Edison bulbs (while beautiful) put off very little light. 2) The only mirror was the one in the bathroom. While there was ample light in the bathroom and plenty of space for one person to get ready it’s not as big as some hotel bathrooms and there was no full length mirror at all. With it being dark in the room and no other mirrors to use the bathroom is the only place to get ready. These may not be a big deal for everyone , the hotel was nice and all staff

The cost of the room was not worth it. No restaurant for $243 dollars a night? No way. Room was very poorly lit. AC was leaking water everywhere. The interior and exterior of the hotel was under construction. Would not recommend.

Room was clean/OK and hotel in great location. Valet parking excellent BUT Not the most guest friendly. The industrial look can be appreciated but the entire ceiling of scored and chipped concrete was a bit too crude. 1) There is no onsight restaurant (yet) only a snack bar and mini bar…the rooms did not have microwaves or a fridge if you had food or drinks brought with you. 2) TV remotes NOT user friendly…functional randomly at best; the Guide was not in Sync on all channels (weird)…on Lifetime (channel 53) NCIS appeared showing on the Guide for 2 hours, but it never came on (some other drama show). 3) Shower itself was good, but b/c of only 1/2 shower door, you got wet turning it on and floor got super wet no matter how careful you were 4) scarce wall outlets…wall outlet didn’t work where floor lamp plugged in…only 1 on that wall except behind the TV (could not access) had to move lamp next to bed and stretch cord to outlet between the 2 beds 5) switch for wall light between beds is black on black and button and very minimally raised…not easily seen or found at all; had to turn on iphone light to find it in the middle of the night 6) trash cans (2) too small 7) housekeeping did not clean room either day (did not have the sign on door); 8) the housekeeper in our hall did not speak English at all…after a few awkward attempts, we had to get her in our room to show her the coffee maker and that we needed more coffee supplies. We will not stay again.

We loved our stay here and the staff took great care of us! Even when we checked out they kept our luggage and car until our daughter’s competition finished next door. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Baton Rouge! Only thing we didn’t like was the lack of food choices in the area. Next time we will just go eat before check in!

Rooms were nice yes. But hotel was under construction and was not mentioned until we arrived at the hotel. There were no amenities, had small c BBC at set up, no lounge to speak od and casino closed for construction. The grounds were all blocked off and unkept during construction. Basically it was just an expensive place to sleep.

First and foremost, I had high expectations for what is called Baton Rouge’s newest luxury hotel New it is. Luxury it’s not. I was excited walking in as it is beautiful and the rooms are a lovely touch But it went downhill from there. The parking garage was not close because of construction, so a shuttle is needed. I parked my car, and then waited 15-20 minutes for a shuttle ( that says runs continuously). I called the front desk and it rang and rang until finally someone answered. Finally the bus came (he told me he was sitting at the hotel). Now back at hotel, I changed for a wedding and then back down to go back to parking garage, and again I waited at the hotel another 20 minutes. When I returned from wedding about 10 pm, another LONG wait for shuttle back to hotel. I again called with no one answering phone at front desk Once in my room, the biggest tv I have ever seen in a hotel room would not work. I called front desk, and was told they would reboot it and to try it in 10 minutes. That did not work, so I called again and was told they could move me to another room. This was after 10 pm and I told them no thanks. I told him my troubles with the parking garage and he offered free valet parking, but that would mean me having to go get my car and waiting for another shuttle. Honestly, this will be a great hotel once construction is done but they fell short on this stay. I was so disappointed and I have been a travel agent for over 30 years
