Property Great, Property Mgmt a zero
My issue is that the front deadbolt was inadvertently locked. I called for assistance and waited over 2 hours with no response from the local property mgmt including the team members who were supposed be on call for such emergencies. The representative, who was in located Jamaica, indicated she attempted to call/internal message 10 times all local RE personal who were supposed to be responsible to assist. She was unable to get a response from anyone. Luckily, late at night, we found a neighbor who had a spare key, otherwise we would have potentially been locked out all night. After all of that, no one from Vacasa’s local team ever called to check on the issue!! I am disgusted with Vacasa and will avoid using you in the future. This type of problem would have been immediately handled by the prior RE mgmt company. Clearly your processes & procedures do not work and the local mgmt team is inept.
