Perfect home for multi-family

The Sanctuary was the perfect place to stay for a family group with multiple adults. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and each have its own bathroom (1 shares with the kids room). Beautiful neighborhood and views. Very convenient drive to downtown Banner Elk.

Beautiful Property - Great Location

The property is beautifully set in the North Carolina mountains with picturesque views all around it. It's conveniently located between Beech and Sugar mountain, 15-20 minutes to each one, and 7 minutes of those are just getting down the mountain the home is on. Don't let the pictures deceive you, its everything you'd expect except for some reason they have no pictures of the downstairs which is a great bonus for the house. There is another TV, fireplace, pool table, foosball, and basketball down there! Really enjoyed ourselves!

Amazing cabin

This cabin is amazing. Loved the steam shower. We had an issue with broken pool cues and the maintenance staff had them out to us the next morning. Great place and well managed.

Fall Family Mountain Trip

The house was perfect for celebrating my Aunt’s 70th birthday. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the ropes course and putt putt. It had all the amenities a family needs to enjoy time together without having to leave if a “staycation” is what you want. The property manager responded immediately to questions and reached out numerous times to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - But property needs some attention

We loved the whole experience renting with Eagles Nest. The team was always accessible and very attentive. But, the property has a HORRIBLE moth ball smell in the master bedroom. To the point we went to Lowe's and bought scent mitigation items and baking soda. Also we could not use the master closest and had to keep the door closed the whole time and it still came out. Our kids were excited about the video game in the picture but it was missing and reportedly broken. Also the Fooseball table was broken too. Our property rep came out and we all repaired it together. Its a great property and the location is amazing but, it appears to need a little attention. We will definitely rent from Eagles Nest again with other locations until this one is repaired.

The home was a beautiful property, with numerous fine touches and amenities. Additionally, the communication from the property manager was awesome. I especially enjoyed the steam room/shower. The photos do this property no justice, as it is absolutely stunning in person

Wonderful Stay at The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary was just as described. The vaulted ceilings are beautiful! One favorite was the outdoor fireplace on main level. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed. (Unfortunately the arcade was not working.) The Lodges at Eagles Nest is a beautiful neighborhood.
