We were directed to park and bring our bags in via the 3rd floor bridge but did not have a room key in order to enter the hotel to check in. We specifically asked for clarification. Otherwise, we stayed in a loft room which was spacious. Nothing fancy but it did the trick. Bartender was great. Breakfast buffet was pricey for the limited options available. I wish I would have ordered off the menu instead. Definitely clean. Safe choice to stay at!"
