Unacceptable Experience – Charged for 3 Nights Despite Cancellation and No-Show Policy We booked this hotel in advance and submitted a cancellation, but due to a system failure, it never went through. We did not check in, did not use any services, and never set foot on the property — yet we were charged for the full 3-night stay. According to their own no-show policy, only the first night should be charged. This was blatantly ignored. I spoke with the manager, Shelly, who initially indicated she would resolve the issue. Instead, she completely ghosted me — no returned calls, no follow-up, despite multiple promises to get back to me. This is completely unacceptable. The hotel not only charged for services never rendered, but management also failed to uphold basic accountability and transparency. I strongly urge others to be cautious when booking here, especially if your plans might change.

Check in took about 20 mins. They needed my car lic plate number and refused to allow me to complete check in and bring them the number after. In-room coffee pot didn't work. Volume increase button remote didn't work. In-room clock was 1 1/2 hour behind (I shouldn't have relied on it). Ok place to crash but I wouldn't recommend it.

My 13 year old son and I stayed the night 2/22/25. It advertised the room would have 65” tv with video game and premium tv channels. No game !!! Tv the size of a microwave and hardly any tv channels. When we turned on the ac the air smelled like urine. No blankets on bed. Just not a very good experience. Place stunk and felt old and not up to date. Will never return. Paid around $140. Next time I’ll pay an extra $50 somewhere else with at least an 8 rating. Talked with other guests and he was also disappointed. Don’t do it!!!!!
