You are renting a two family building. Each home in the building has a kitchen, separate entrance and outdoor spaces.
At the end of the block is our neighborhood Bartram Ave. Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our free public beach includes bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access to transportation to everything the city has to offer.
Pets are welcome, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.
The Neighborhood:
Settle into Lower Chelsea, a residential neighborhood at Atlantic City’s southern end near Ventnor. The home sits on the beach block of South Bartram Avenue, just seven houses from the Boardwalk and Bartram Avenue Beach—an easy setting for morning ocean walks and afternoons by the shore.
Along nearby Ventnor Avenue, you’ll find neighborhood cafés, casual restaurants, and local markets for breakfast, takeaway meals, and everyday essentials. Spend the day enjoying the coast, then head toward Atlantic City’s casino district for dinner, nightlife, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Enjoy a beach-block location in Lower Chelsea, just seven houses from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Bartram Avenue Beach. It’s an easy stroll for morning walks, beach days, and exploring the waterfront. Vacation Home in Atlantic City.
Head inland toward Ventnor Avenue for neighborhood cafés, casual restaurants, and local markets. Nearby options include Brittany’s Cafe for breakfast or lunch, plus restaurants and takeaway spots farther along the avenue.
For trips beyond the neighborhood, NJ Transit’s 505 bus connects Atlantic City with Ventnor, Margate, and Longport. Atlantic City’s Jitney minibuses serve the casino corridor along Pacific Avenue, with routes reaching the Jackson Avenue area. Check current stops and schedules when planning your outing.

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
