My family and I were supposedly “upgraded “ to a dirty suit. There were dirty clothes left in the room from the previous occupants. Dirty socks, dirty sweat shirts. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. NO shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We reported this to the Manager on duty- JOJO, who was very nonchalant about the situation. She showed no empathy towards the situation. She displayed such disgusted facial expression, when my husband asked her, her name. She wanted to refund $100 for all the inconvenience. After trying to see things from our perspective she gave us $150. The dirty clothes wasn’t picked up by no one. This clearly shows that the manager on duty did not follow through with the room service staff to make sure everything was taken care of. CUSTOMER SERVICE is lacking at this resort! If someone above Jojo can contact me so I can give him or her a detailed explanation of what happened I would really appreciate it.

The Ocean hotel is always clean and fresh and a few positive decorative changes were made to the room that my husband and I noticed. I highly recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else

In Room Dining is Deplorable! Waited 90 minutes. Nothing arrived. Was charged the next day for an order I never received. When I spoke at the front desk they said “nothing we can do about it”. Told me to call In Room Dining, spoke to a rude “manager” over the phone who also basically said “nothing we can do about it”

The hotel was clean but the scent diffusers used for the lobby smelled like disinfect pods used in men’s urinal bathroom. The studio suite was really nice - the shower, bed, layout was great. However, only one lamp worked and the tv had no chrome cast. I called the reservations department and the first lady I talked had an attitude, transferred me but no one picked up. I called the department again and a gentleman picked up and was able to help and transfer me to his supervisor. The supervisor informed me that chrome is not yet installed on my floor, only for floors 16 and up. I was previously told by the front desk that all suites have chrome cast. Given this, I had to settle the issue with the front desk. They couldn’t accommodate me and instead gave me a $25 discount to use and charge to my room. The casino was nice but it smelled like cigarettes, especially in the non-smoker areas. It smelled like you would get lung cancer just by breathing it in. Overall, good experience but room for improvement.

The property was beautiful. I gave less stars because I asked to be put on a lower floor and to have ocean view. Instead I was put on the 28th floor with city view .
