More like a family resort than a casino. Could not sleep due to unsupervised children left in room screaming and jumping on beds well past midnight. Not sure where parents were? Cleanliness was not as good as in the past. Room clearly not even vacuumed.

Reception staff not welcoming. The concert hall seating directions were very confusing people needed help and there wasn’t a single usher to help. Mostly senior Diana Ross audience were left struggling up and down the hallway to find their seats. The sound system may need adjustment, the base was too high during concert. On the positive side the bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Always great, beautiful property and atmosphere, excellent and friendly staff. I never mind that the hotel rates are the most expensive in A/C , Ocean proves time after time you get what you pay for. My favorite go to in Atlantic City.
