It was very difficult to get to the room from the standard parking lot, rather than valet. The patio had no furniture, as in the picture, and was only opened on the weekend, which was not mentioned. There was no place to sit when waking through the casino. When we called the front desk, it went to a call center. Very confusing.

Upon arrival to the hotel until check out time, I can confidently say this was a nice hotel. The rooms, bathrooms, casino, and restaurants were clean and well kept. The fault of this property was the valet system. After checking out, we went to valet to get our car before needing to depart for our flight.

Great stay on the boardwalk

Very nice accommodations! Loved the view of the Ocean and the huge shower. The beds were very comfortable! Great location on the boardwalk. Be prepared to walk as it is a very large complex. The variety of artist memorabilia was really cool.
