Lobby and check in area smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom fan ran continuously. Called for maintenance twice. Problem was never resolved. Person at reception desk didn’t seem to care of the issue.

There was no breakfast. My room was so cold, I turned the heat up and I had to turn it off as it was blowing cold air, I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Next day I told reception, they advise for me to call maintenance to check the thermostat, I called and no one came to fix it. Terrible customer service.

Much nicer than most of the casino hotels on the ocean front. On prem restaurants were outstanding, even Hard Rock for breakfast. Service on the floor was outstanding. Loved the decorations & entertainment. Tons to do and see!!!
