For the price you pay the rooms were mediocre. Took about 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up and the room was hot. The property had no in restaurant or continental breakfast. No shuttle service to the airport. Expected more after paying $8000 for 4 rooms for 3 nights

Rooms were very clean, staff were extremely nice. Only downside were the walls were so paper thin you could any and everything people were doing. Even the upstairs it seemed like people were stomping. Otherwise great experience. The restroom was very dark as well, hardly any light to get ready.

"A lightning storm started just as we arrived. The power went out then came back on after a lightning strike nearby. The desk manager was trying to get the computer rebooted for about 20 minutes. When he was almost done the power went out again. I asked the manager if they had an emergency back up power generator and he said yes but it wasn’t working. The guests couldn’t get into their rooms, no lights, elevators, etc. I booked a room at another hotel on the Hotels.com site, and then contacted Hotels.com who helped me get a refund on my reservation."
