Very good breakfast. Tippy in the breakfast area was very welcoming and made sure you had everything you needed. She walked around and greeted everyone. Website does not explain that there is a charge for a dog. Had to pay an additional 75.00 at time of check in.

NOISY airconditioner. The "included breakfast" was a bin of "fruitloop" style cereal, milk, bread, and a toaster. That's all. When i asked about the waffles, etc., in the pictures, he rolled his eyes and went into the cleaning supplies room to get waffles. They redused to provide a r receipt.

No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise.

Exterior Door Handles were falling apart. Inside the room was clean but the hotel itself was in rough shape. Breakfast was sad with overcooked eggs and sausage gravy. Juice machine was broken. But the Layali Dubai restaurant next door was wonderful and highly recommended.

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long enough to completely disrupt our sleep, and despite how close this was to the front desk, nothing was done to address it. Check-in also set a negative tone from the start. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect after a long day of travel. Because of these issues, we chose to leave early. We attempted to work through Expedia to resolve the situation, but the hotel declined to respond to their outreach regarding a refund. Overall, this stay felt poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property."

They did not collect our trash the whole 3 nights we stayed. Would not give a refund when we asked the next morning after finding all this out after the first night. She told us we could check out but there would be no refund. Horrible place, would advise never to stay there!"
