My deepest apologies, I regret that your stay did not live up to our usual expectations. Rest assured the issues you experienced have been addressed with my team to better prevent from happening to future guests.

We did not stay there. The outside was filthy. The inside was just as bad. Mold in bathroom. Walked in and return keys to desk. Try to contact Travelocity to complain. Was told to take it up with the hotel. Why am I supposed to pay for any of this when it is nothing like it is described. Undoubtedly, Wyndham now will put their name on anything.

Upon check in we were directed to a room in which we found the door to be open upon approach. We entered the room and it seemed to have been recently used. Pillows were out of place, a used half full drink cup sweating on the dresser, and the comforter had debri from what looked like feet being placed on the bed. After speaking with the front desk, she made it seem this was a regular occurrence by the housekeeper. She assigned us another room. This room had no soap, the floor had not been swept or mopped in what looked like sometime. We did not follow-up with these complaints due to the time of night and the need to just rest at that point. This facility is also located very closely to a train hub. There is constantly high pitched screeching all night long.

No phone in room so the wake-up call was not possible (despite the staff's acknowledgment that it was scheduled). No microwave. No refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs to be updated. Tub was slippery.

The television did not work, phone did not work and ripped curtain. We asked the offfice if they had another TV...they said they didnt. They said sorry about the phone, but they coukd not fix. The bathroom was not very clean and shelf was falling off. The staff was nice and breakfast was fine. Very sad experience. We were helping my daughter move in to her college and were hoping to warch TV , etc. I have stayed at La Quinta hotels before and they were always nice. Very disappointed.

When checking in, I had to wait 10 minutes because the person behind the counter had to look for a tv. Even though I had to wait several minutes before I was even acknowledged. After getting to the room, I noticed the beds were full size, even though the website said queen. Of the three lights in the room, only the lights by the beds worked, the other two lights did not work. The following morning, the “continental breakfast” was apparently only served from 6-8am, I got there at 8:15, along with another guest, and we were both shocked to find out the ridiculous hours. My kids and I ended up going to Waffle House next door, so much better. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was really low. Would never stay at this location again, go somewhere else.
