Fantastic hotel. Lobby is gorgeous and room was large, comfortable, and clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is awesome and housekeeping and room service was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here when I go back to Nashville.

The hotel is spectacular. We loved the location, could walk to many things. Parking was expensive but it’s a city, so not too surprising. The room was beautiful and large. The gym was nice. We loved our luxurious stay!

The property did not have electricity or hot water. We stayed the night and was able to shower in the AM. We checked in pass 10PM after driving 10 hours all day and would have loved a hot shower! We checked out less than 24 hours later. We knew the staff was stressed so we were polite and kind to everyone. However upon checkout it would have been nice if the property would have discounted the rate for the inconvenience. I’m sure if we would have been angry and irate they may have. I was surprised they didn’t.
