We had a great time there, and you can enjoy staying in Boston differently! You can get a river-view room and enjoy it! I loved the glassy elevator; it reminded me of my childhood! The staff was great, and the room was so clean and comfortable.

Place is under massive construction. I would have stayed elsewhere if this was advised upon booking. Very disappointed and for such a big expense.

The customer service was excellent. Front desk check in, bell hops help with bags, and valet. The only issue was I was charged $75 for valet.
