"The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Access to the beach was very convenient. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of board games were available and we made good use of them. Lastly, our host is a gem and very accommodating. I had to do several airport pickups and she allowed me to drop off my groceries a couple of hours early. I think Christmas in VA Beach may be our family’s new holiday location. "

"If you are looking to have a great time for a large group this home is the one you want. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had almost everything you needed to cook 3 meals a day. The entertaining area was a nice size for us and having two refrigerators was a blessing. Being able to take a short walk from the house to the beach was really nice and not to have to worry about parking was a plus. The only thing they need to do is update their BBQ to a new one as this one was past its prime. Otherwise it was a great home and Christmas vacation. "

"This property is in a great location to both the beach & local restaurants. It was very clean & had everything my family needed to enjoy their stay during my son’s wedding weekend. It was too chilly for the pool but the boys jumped in anyway! The only thing of concern I would note is the indoor winding staircase, inside what is the front entrance, that leads to the kitchen & upstairs bedrooms. It’s difficult to traverse with full hands so I recommend entering the home, and sending someone up to unlock the upstairs door & everyone loading in via the southern stairs. 10/10 would recommend! "

"Everything you could ever want or need in a kitchen. View was perfect, very close to the beach. Solid home, with the tropical storm...never knew it was happening inside. Beautiful colors. Unbelievably easy communication with owner!! Highly recommend!"
