"We had a room on the 7th floor right on the boardwalk with a perfect view of the ocean. The ice and vending machines were directly across from our room and they have a nice club/restaurant on the ground floor that leads right out to the boardwalk. The only downside is the parking is around the block but if you are planning on being at the beach all day, it probably won't be of any concern. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity."

"Our stay was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our room was clean . We had a city view but that was perfectly fine as we were right on the beach. Lastly our only complaint was the size of the bed. We booked for a queen and the bed was definitely a full size bed. Other than that everything was amazing and were currently planning our next visit, which hopefully will be in March."

"The staff here is excellent. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and whenever I visit Virginia Beach, this is one of my favorite places to stay for four reasons: the in-room hot tubs, the beautiful sunrise views, the sunsets, and watching the dolphins and surfers. The location is also wonderful — it’s just off the main strip, so it’s much quieter and feels very safe. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff and housekeeping team have always been kind and welcoming. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. It often feels like things are wiped down quickly rather than thoroughly. You may notice a few stray hairs, floors that are still wet with a strong chemical smell, or a bit of film or grime left behind. With a little more attention to the cleaning details, this place could easily be a truly beautiful and exceptional stay."

"Room decor was older, not enough rooms with 2 beds, fitness bathroom was dirty everyday, refused late checkout but said they’d rent the room to me another night so vacancy was there, gym had little equipment and dumbbells only went to 50# and there were no sanitary wipes the 4 days I was there so things had to be dirty. IMO, this place is living off proximity to the sports complex and doesn’t care about upkeep. Will just stay elsewhere next year. "
