Much of the property was not open, which was not expressed when I made my reservation. Hot tub was not in use not working dining room closed chairs covered in plastic no place to really go within the hotel other than the indoor pool.

Perfect location, close to all shops, beach, boardwalk and all. The only reason it’s not 5 stars across board is they are updating lobby and it was unavailable we didn’t receive notification until 1 Week before the stay. That being said everything else met expectations and we were very pleased

Great but disappointed
It is always great. Love the progress made on the remodeling. Was a little disappointed when i found out they removed the hot tub, but its nice to know the indoor pool is heated. Still would have enjoyed the hot tub that's the reason i booked here.

This was a great stay! Everything was very clean and new. We stayed in a suite room overlooking the oceanfront. Great location. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the comforter and pillows were so nice. The TVs in the rooms could be bigger but that was not a huge issue. They ware going under renovation so the buffet was not available but they provided lots of options for a grab and go to your room of just eat at the dining hall area. I was hoping that the hot tub was available. Great experience. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay here again! Excellent location for SITW, Patriotic Festival, Kite festival, Surfing Championship!

Took my daughters and their friend for spring break. Everything was accommodating and nice minus the current renovations going on which they don't make you aware of until after the time frame of canceling or changing your reservation. The beach access door and door to the pool where you would put your key to get into the building was broken so slight security issue there. Great location right on the ocean though. The door lock on the balcony door was hard to unlock which i guess is a good thing depending. I would definitely stay again. Kids enjoyed the pool and staff was friendly.

The property was under renovations which was not bad. but the parking was tight and limited for visitors to the hotel. The landscaping could of been a little nicer. But overall we did like the stay on the water and a nice view from the hotel. The notification about the Marathon that was taking place at the time of the stay, i feel that the notification was not given in enough time before arrival. Had to find alternate routes to get to where we were going.

I did not know before booking that the hotel was under renovation. However it did not impact us at all because we were only staying one night. We were in one of the renovated rooms, which was very lovely. The hotel is close to the new sports center, which is why we picked this hotel.
