The Fox Hotel and Suites
Wasn’t informed of the underground parking when checking is was told to not move car out on the road. Not informed of the breakfast discount. Never had towels in the pool area always had to call for more.

The hotel it self was great, clean, modern rooms. Unfortunately while I was there, I woke up to a pinched nerve in my back which led to me calling for an ambulance. I left behind my shoes and coat, the hotel packed those up and had them delivered to the hospital which was only three blocks away. ...

Staff was helpful and provided good insight for our trip to Banff. It was nice to have access to a hot tub after a day of skiing! Indoor parking was also a major bonus when the temp dropped below -30C.
