Room was clean and staff were friendly. People in Jackson Hole are super nice and provide great service in general. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The $5 breakfast was a good deal and children under 14 were free. Only slight downside was that they ran out of keys for their lockers and the plunge pool was closed for renovation.

Great place to stay . Hotel had all the amenities. Very clean, the laundry facilities were nice to have . The only thing I would say is that the mornings are loud with all the groups of people heading out for activities early. We would stay here again .

Room was clean, nice bedding and towels! Staff was very polite and informative. Jacuzzi and sauna was great, although they were remodeling one of the jacuzzis. Nice to have the charter bus to pick you up and go to the mountain to ski! For local trips, the sprinter van was nice to use. No need for a rental car! Breakfast was a bargain!
