I loved the hot springs next to the pool, but I did not love my room. It was set up weirdly and had almost no furniture in it. Not anything to put stuff on, and the microwave was perched precariously on top of a very small fridge, which was on the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. And the breakfast was good.

Great spot in town and not far from anything. Enjoyed the pool and hot springs! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and I loved the surrounding area. Very tranquil and serene, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town to make you feel like you were in an oasis.

The bathroom was dirty. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes. It took 5 or 6 of them to clean the counter area. We moved to a different hotel the 2nd night and abandoned the room.

Old need renovated

This is a very old hotel that needs some serious renovation. They do have a natural hot spring hot tub but it also needs to be cleaned and painted. The restaurant was amazing. Very good food and staff was great.

The room we were assigned was likely remodeled sometime in the 80’s. The bathroom was almost unusable. Filthy! Extremely dated facilities and the amount of dead animals mounted almost everywhere was obscene. Also pictures of the owner gloating over the number of dead animals he apparently has killed is so far over the top that I can’t imagine anyone wanting to eat and drink in the Safari Club.

The night manager was creepy and acted weird the hotel rooms were dirty got second room and it was worse bugs everywhere holes in the walls nothing was updated in the back rooms of the hotel it was like the shinning

Great hotel for the value, has a mineral hot tub on site so you don't have to leave the hotel and pay at the other facility to have a soak. Hotel is quiet and safe and the restaurant is good and there is lots of parking.

The hotel itself was okay clean, pretty outdated. We chose this place because of the bar/lounge; however, the bar tender was very rude. Asked for a old fashioned drink and she said she was very busy, but okay, she would make it. We left because we did not want to inconvenience her. Totally unprofessional

Over all the stay was okay. The property could definitely use updating for the amount of money it cost to stay there. The carpet in our room had stains and holes. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t use the toilet and shut the door at the same time. The pillows were very worn and small.

Upon arriving, the lobby had a “non refundable” sign on the doors, that should’ve been a dead giveaway for what was to come. Our room was a “drive up door.” The parking lot was dirty and pot holes the size of 747’s. Nothing like pictured on the site. Upon walking into our very dated drive up door room, when the door was opened it reeked of stale cigarettes, mold, mildew, and bad decisions. We walked out of our hallway door on the other side of the room into a musty smelling hallway to check out this “hot spring hot tub.” Again, big mistake. Windowsills full of dead bugs and filth. Clipped toenails at the head of the bed on the floor against the baseboard that you clearly see. Needless to say, we didn’t stay. We headed out to Cody, Wyoming to stay instead. Do Not Book here. Pictures are very deceiving on the website.

do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.

Possibly the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been at. VERY Dirty, outdated, blood on the walls. It was absolutely horrible. The people that work that were very nice so I will say that but the place is a dump and no one should have to pay to stay there. And not only that we had confirmed our stay and we went to check in on time and we had to wait an hour and a half to be checked in because they were “cleaning it”.
