Check in clerk was rude, arrived at 3pm after 9 hour drive and was no possibility of check in until 4pm breakfast was microwave jimmy dean sausage for $7.00 or yogurt for $6.00. Cabin was clean and nice

Multiple issues with site. Front desk was short and unclear on property information. Later when we called to ask about garbage removal we were abruptly told that they don’t do housekeeping and we could use the dumpsters in the back of the property. Mind you no garbage bags were found in cabin so again had to go to front desk. Resort fee? No services unsure what the resort fee is for? Coffee maker was not functioning and no coffee in the cabin except decaf. Such a cute place but definitely overpriced and would not recommend anyone go here based on the customer service alone.

The room was clean, the sink in the bathroom had a crack and the lighting in the room was very dim. We had to use a flashlight sometimes. There was a "grab and go" breakfast, which was ok. The property was quiet and parking felt safe.

The cabin was clean and cute. It did have the amenities needed. We felt like the price was too high for what you got though compared to the other places we stayed on our 10 day vacation. No ice machine and no breakfast at all except grab and go stuff that you were charged for. We didn't even go in to look at the grab and go because the prices were high on the sheet posted on the door. Nowhere close to eat dinner at in the area except at the lodge. The food was mediocre and pretty pricey. We did hear many complaints on the food as we sat in the dining room that night.

Parking was safe. Staff polite and helpful. Access to food was difficult and not good for breakfast or lunch. Dinner was adequate. Shopping in the small gift area was ok. We used our personal vehicle for all transportation. The cabin was clean.

Honeymoon trip

This hotel was affordable compare to staying in Jackson WY however I liked being far from the busyness and it was about a 19-20 min drive to the entrance of Grand Teton. The staff were amazing and friendly! The only downfall is there isn’t much options for food. But we ate at the Restaurant for two nights and the other night we just went to Jackson.

Facilities. Outdated, room was dirty. Broken coffee pot, no refrigerator. Broken light fixture. Not enough soap or shampoo for two nights. Complemetory coffee not made or no condiments. Service. Asked for anothercoffee pot for my second night. Nothing. No housekeeping for 2 night stay (not noted in room.) Breakfast buffet that was listed when i made reservation was no longer available. Just grap and go food. Resort fees tapped on also.
