So it's probably not fair to knock them for a freak June snowstorm, but internet went down, everything closed up at 9, and getting out before breakfast became impossible. Just glad we carried granola bars with us everywhere. No getting groceries to use the cute little kitchenette. Would love to go here when the snowmobiles were available. That seems like an ideal use for this area.

Absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful location outside Yellowstone/Grand Tetons. We stayed in one of the cabins. Scenery was stunning of course. Cabin was very spacious and nice. We had a fireplace, table and couch. We did not use the kitchenette but included simple necessities. Beds were comfortable. The hot tubs are in a open sided-enclosure and easy to walk to. Very nice.

Kinda overpriced for what you get.

Pros: Cute style. Nice size and space of cabins Hot Tubs were nice and clean. Quiet. Gas station on site.
Cons: Customer service. Bathroom updates/repairs.
Location: beautiful location lost by the layout of the facilities. no scenic views.
Front desk host seemed bothered to check us in.(felt ignored). Carpets were stained. Unknown bedding in a garbage bag on a shelf. Was it clean? Was it dirty? Dinner at the restaurant was tasty but service was very slow. Bathroom fixtures were very cheap feeling. Toilet wobbled. Looked better in pictures. Parking was tight.

Nice place to stay near Yellowstone and Tetons

Enjoyed our stay here and will be back especially if we come when it snows as they have miles of trails to ride on snowmobile that you can rent here too. We stayed in the lodge but they have cabins in the back.

First time for the family in a cabin!

We stayed at Togwotee Mountain Lodge between visits to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. It was the first time my family of 4 (kids ages 6 & 8) have stayed in a cabin and we LOVED it! We had a premium cabin. I was a little worried it would be "too rustic" for us, but it was great. The accommodations were quite nice for my cabin expectations. If you have someone in your group who doesn't want to "rough it," this is a great option. There are basic cabins and premium cabins, so I'd guess that the basic ones are more suited for hunters or someone who wants more basic accommodations. My husband and kids are begging to do it again. The only thing I didn't care for was the little pillows, but they were standard sized, so not a big deal. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed nice and functional.

Great experience!

Pros: cabin was phenomenal! large and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
Cons: Road from lobby/gift shop back to cabins. Wi-fi
Location: Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons (take the Jackson Lake cruise - it was great)! About 90-120 mins to Old Faithful. Nice drive though.
Wonderful time at Togwotee! The cabins are fabulous; very clean; beds very comfortable, etc. The staff was helpful, the restaurants nice. It's a short drive to the Tetons, but you're quite a ways from Yellowstone if that's you're destination. My only comments for improvement had to do with the gravel road back to the cabins - definitely needs work. Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty "iffy" - worked well in the mornings, but was very unpredictable in the evenings (when we wanted to veg in the cabin and stress a movie, etc). Overall, however, I highly recommend the lodge - we had a great time there!

Great Cabins

This place was great. Cabins were nicer than the pictures revealed and so much better than hotel rooms. The restaurant and store were very convenient and food was good. We even saw a mama grisly bear and cub cross the road in front of the lobby. So stay bear aware!

Togwotee Getaway

Pros: Surrouned by nature and well maintained cabins.
Cons: Internet was very unstable and cell phone connections non-existant.
Location: Close to both Teton and Yellowstone National Park entrances.
I recently spent 3 days in the Teton National Park area and found the Togwotee Lodge to be a good place to be within close driving distances of my favorite spots in the park. The cabin was nice and clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. Other then having some issues with telephone reception and internet connections, I had a lovely stay and would return there again.
