The ranch experience was awesome with the running of the horses to pasture each day. Rooms were spacious and quaint in log cabin with large game room and pool table. On-site restaurant was also great with large portions.

Upon check in we found that the check in isn’t actually at the motel but in a gift shop next to a restaurant on the main road. Once we got to our room, I found a pair of dirty underwear behind the bathroom door. The place didn’t look like anyone cleaned at all only made the bed (hopefully changed linen, but who knows). The shower was so dirty we all wore sandals while we showered. We checked out early with no refund, but there was no way I was spending a second night in that room. I understand that it’s a ranch and that it’s rustic, but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep it clean. Filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We had a two-queen room, which is tiny. There's no table, no chairs, no nothing except 2 beds, a bathroom and a chest. Lighting is very dim. Wifi in our room is extremely week and unusable. The wall is paper thin and no sound isolation at all.

Check in time started at 3pm, when we arrived at 4pm, we were given keys to a room the had not been cleaned from the previous stay. There were empty cans and soda bottles left, dirty towels and trash on the bathroom floor, and the beds had dirty linnens on them. We were told they didnt know why the room was like that, but they had a message out to housekeeping staff to check it out. We decided that under the current circumstances, we were no longer comfortable staying there and with many failed attempts, were unable to contact management to discuss a refund. Sara at the front desk said the manager will not be offering a refund and we asked to speak with him directly to explain what happened and he would not call us back. We had travelocity reach out as well and he would not respond to them via telephone or email after 3 days, 2 phone calls and 2 emails from travelocity. This was severly poor communication between front desk staff and housekeeping staff and completely unprofessional of the management team to not want to reach out to us to rectify the sitiation. Needless to say, we will not be returning and will be filing several complaints about this!

We woke up to TWO flat tires on our CRV and alerted the hotel staff of what happened. Immediately received help from the staff and shout out to David for being so friendly while he helped us put the spare one one side and filled the other tire with air so we could make it to a tire shop. Rooms were cozy, there are heaters in the room to help fight the chill, and the beds sleep well. We ate dinner and had the bison burger and that was great after a long day of travel!

I can’t say it was a pleasant experience. Very old and not very comfortable accommodations... the chairs hurt to sit in for any length of time. And I swear the floor was slopped. No place to set suitcase, and actually no place to put your articles. No place to set things in restroom either.

No fresh toilet roll in the bathroom. Shower knobs were broken. Front desk check in was understaffed and took over 20 minutes each time to help us; We had to come back 3 times to the front desk to pick up our keys because they had misplaced it. The pull out sofa had no linen to go with it. Wifi is very weak. Highly overpriced for what they offer

The view was the only thing that was good about my stay . The room was still under construction. You could hear people above us that sounded like they had a track meet going on . They had a fan on in the room adjoining mine that ran on high all night long and a tv on . Then in the morning at around 4:00am and alarm was going off for over 3hours . There was no way to contact the staff. We tried to eat at the restaurant but only got drinks and finally when the waitress came out she ask another table if they were ready to order and when they said they were still looking, I raised my hand and said we were . She turned and went to the other end and started taking orders . We were waiting for at least an hour. I put money on the table for my drink and left. I spoke with them at check out and said how upset I was and what had happened and all they did was tell me they would put it in there report. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone one ! I even ask for some sort of reimbursement but nothing ! Horrible stay!!

Property was nice, but getting to unit very confusing, especially at night. No lighting, no numbers on some units. Unit was nice, but no television or garbage can. Other than that, unit was real nice, except it needs a little tlc. Cracked toilet seat. Deadbolt wouldn't lock. But with a little updates, place would be five star. Price was high for what they gave. But it would be worth it with some updates.
