We were in a mini-suite and had plenty of room for the two of us. One of the room heaters, the one in the bed area was not working. Hope they got it fixed for the next occupants. Good otherwise.

"Room was very clean and updated. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The valet parking is reasonably priced and very convenient. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance of Chi center and Old Market. This was our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last! "
