I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Our room smelled old and musty. There was an area in the ceiling that had buckled in and the plaster was coming off. I’m pretty sure it was moldy. We could not open the window to let in fresh air. The room was dirty. There was no blow dryer like you find in other hotels. And there was only 2 towels.

My room was not clean, there was no chair for my desk and there where random tables stored I the room. Also it smelled of smoke, cigarette smoke.

Don’t stay here if it’s the last thing you do.

The stay started out kind of rough. Apparently, “management” doesn’t allow anyone to pay room deposits with Cash App cards OR Chime cards. Gotta pay cash, or credit. Why? “Something about not getting money back promptly”. I think it’s because they want to pocket the money that gets left behind when people inevitably lose their receipt for the deposit (which is the ONLY way to get your cash back apparently, even though they have a front desk computer that can say whether or not I dunno, some one paid? Too complex I guess?) I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that would not accept those two cards. I’d understand American Express, but both chime and cash app are supported under the visa network so. I think management wants the ATM fees and the left over deposits. There was also an incident where someone from “maintenance” tried to get into my room while my fiancée and I had a do not disturb tag on the door, and no work order whatsoever. The only thing that stopped him from getting in was the dead bolt. When confronted in the hall (he was going into a different room by then) I asked if he needed anything and noticed he had a WALMART FREEZER BAG. (He was trying to find place to sleep I think, when no “vacancy”)And the front desk lady acted like it was my fault and said “I’ll note it down”. There’s more, but I only get 1500 characters. I’d say you get what you pay for but, I personally feel as though I could probably get better at a 1 star motel that had a meth lab in one of the rooms.

The worst check in process that I have ever endured. Then if you go outside of the hotel a tiny way your room key card gets voided and you get to stand behind other people checking in.Each person takes about 10 minutes. Then, there was no Internet. I rely on it. The breakfast was fine, the room was fine And yes with all of this being said, I would still stay here again.

I liked the location. Seems very central. However, I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels from 2 Star to 5 Star and this has been the worst stay I have ever had. The rooms are not cleaned daily (they are cleaned every 3 days) and even when they are cleaned, nothing is replenished. If you call down to the front desk to ask for what has not been provided, you have to go down yourself to get it. The common areas, (hallways and elevators) are always dirty and the whole place smells funky. The carpet in the rooms is dirty and the hotel in a whole is way below standard. The final nail in the coffin was when I told them I had a family emergency and had to change my flight and I had to check out one day earlier and they refused to refund me for the night and told me there would be a one night penalty. The staff is also very unfriendly. Needless to say, I will never stay in this hotel ever again even if I was being offered the stay for free.

I wouldn’t be bothered by the uncleanliness of the room if there wasn’t a $150 deposit!! That’s crazy! People staying here don’t have 150 bucks to just drop, there’s a reason why I was at a Wyndom. I get you want to protect yourself but I would have stayed at a real hotel if I knew I had to drop a deposit that large. Also only having one exit and entrance was such a pain trying to get to my room. If you don’t trust people then don’t run a hotel.
