"We loved the location with Target across the street & subway to any area pretty easy. The proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge was amazing & the waterfront beautiful. The room was small but the balcony was huge- definately recommend the upgrade for a long stay. The staff was adequate- no memorable assistance though. The decor was outdated, and no continental breakfast of any kind- the amenities were zero- you could smell the chlorine of a pool but not allowed access. There are vending machines for snacks & soda & the cafe adjacent was only good for coffee. We would probably stay again because of the location but don't expect too much."

"Amazing place to stay - would definitely stay again! Great food, amazing decor, perfect location PLUS, great food and drink spots nearby, too. Check-in staff was super nice. Rooms were small (of course) but had everything we needed. The only frustration was that the shower water leaked out onto the bathroom floor, but was a minor inconvenience compared to all the other great things!"

"Clean linens & room. Helpful staff. I was surprised at the variety/options included in the free breakfast - it was great! Minor issues with maintenance - our toilet clogged and we notified the desk. 11 hours later, after arriving back to the room, it still wasn't fixed or checked, but staff was responsive and quickly delivered a key to us for one of the neighboring rooms so we could use that toilet. Which, actually was kind of nice to have the privacy as there were three of us in our room! Area with chairs/tables for smoking outdoors. We didn't use the parking but the on-site spots would be a major bonus if we had had a car. Surprisingly quiet area with walkable access to great food and subway access. Gravesend pizza delivers to the hotel and it's excellent! Also, great value!!!"
