The staff was accommodating & professional, upgraded to a better room with a beautiful view. ( very quiet) The bed was very comfortable. No Coffee in the roooms ( it would have been nice to wake up to coffee). However, the restaurant downstairs was probably my hubands favorite. The waitstaff, food and drinks were all amazing. Great stay!

Loved everything about Ace Hotel. Not your typical room, Very retro 70's. Was able to take our pet. Very comfortable bed. Close to shopping and subway. Very friendly desk staff & bellhop. Only negative, maid service did not make the bed and no iron in the room only a steamer. Otherwise, my wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We recently made the decision to limit housekeeping service due to the drastic rise in covid-19 cases. The goal was to limit guest and employee exposure after some concerns were raised. Full cleaning service is still available on a request basis. I apologize if this was not communicated effectively upon arrival. We will be sure to circle back as a team to make sure the communication is clear and consistent.
