Excellent front desk. Very cool hotel. It’s a happening spot. The room was exactly as pictured and very unique. The hotel is above the subway so you occasionally feel the rumble. Good location too! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Parking was also very close by.

Top notch as only Ace can do. It’s the liveliest place in the area, and a short distance from the Brooklyn Paramount. The staff was all so lovely, helpful, and fun. The bar is incredible. That area is a bit commercial blah, but the hotel is well worth a stay.

Had a great stay at the Ace Hotel in Brooklyn! The vibe was stylish yet relaxed, and the location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful, yet just steps away from restaurants, shops, and the subway.
